I have made 2 purchases by phone with the Bed Guru and both times have been impressed by the warm and friendly team, whose helpful customer service is second to none. I'm planning to go back for guest beds in the near future as I have been so happy with the quality on offer. The prices on mattress and pillow protectors were also very competitive. What made the difference for me initially was the personal touch offered by Carl and Joanne, but from order to delivery (I'm half the country away in London), this is a firm who are refreshingly honest, reliable and professional.
