If you have a bad back don't just buy an "Orthopaedic" mattress they can push your body into the wrong shape. Try a pocket sprung or memory foam.

Wednesday June 11th saw a big turnout for the Otley Athletic Club 10 mile raod raise that the Divan Centre was proud to assist.

I have always enjoyed keeping myself in reasonaable shape and they are a great bunch of people to get out in all weather to run with and an odd drink after.
