Well-rested holiday makers give better reviews

At Bed Guru we want your guests to have a great night’s sleep guaranteed no matter where you bunk down – be it in a luxury yurt, basic tent or gorgeous country house retreat.

So we recently explored the Farm Innovation Show at the NEC in Birmingham. It’s the country’s largest trade show dedicated to helping land owners diversify their offering. Over 300 suppliers and top industry speakers were on hand to inspire farm keepers and free holders to launch holiday parks or homes on their estate.

Why was Bed Guru there? Well, if businesses decide to rent beds for the night, they’d better make sure they’re comfy enough! Visitors will likely dig around on review websites like Yelp or TripAdvisor before booking to stay with you. And if they read comments about lumpy, bumpy horrid mattresses and ruined sleep, much to their horror, they’ll probably take their business elsewhere.

Bed Guru Commercial Beds

But don’t panic, you can keep your glampers, caravaners and campers onside by road testing your beds. We said as much to the folk at the Farm Innovation Show. Check the mattress’ quality when you’re buying them. If you can feel the springs when it’s brand new, then your guests certainly will too – and the bed won’t age well at all.

Investing in package cabins or caravans with furniture included? Tuck a made to measure Bed Guru reflex foam mattress inside. Not only can they be made to various depths and custom made, but these have a breathable waterproof covering, perfect for life outdoors.

Bed and breakfast, holiday cottage, and barn conversion owners – have you thought about getting twin zip link beds? They make rooms even more adaptable, perfect for when people come and go. A bed frame, of the contemporary or vintage variety, will suit your décor seamlessly. How’s that for a wow factor?

Two things happen when you have better quality pocket sprung mattress for punters to rest their head’s on. You can ask for a fair premium rate on your room, and a better shot at repeat business. Who wants to spend another night on a terrible bed?

If you own a hotel or holiday business, contact us now and we can organise a Bed Guru Commission scheme for you.
