When nothing but the best will do, we give you the Superior Divan Base. Handcrafted by experts who know their trade inside out, there's attention to detail in every stitch. Made in Britain from kiln-dried timber from managed forests, the hardwood construction is sustainable and supremely solid. Slightly taller and with more side and surface support than conventional divan bases, the perforated board top is the ideal surface for heavier and more luxurious mattresses.

It's formed in one piece for singles and two sections for larger sizes, following our high standards and those of the National Bedding Federation. Every size comes with headboard connections, and the larger sizes even benefit from discreet joining brackets to maintain their clean lines.
