Your staircase or doorway is too small
Doorways and beds don't often get along. One of the most popular reasons we get asked about custom size beds is because people are worried about fitting them through an awkward door.
The solution is almost always a custom size divan base. A double divan bed is made in one or two pieces. Yet in our time we’ve made singles in two pieces, doubles in three, and our personal favourite, a ‘KitKat’ design from four pieces.
